One Roll: Martial Arts For Mens Health
Share
On November 23rd, 2024, gyms across Queensland will unite at Arte Suave in Woolloongabba, QLD, for an event that transcends combat sports. This special gathering aims to uplift men’s health and strengthen the camaraderie within our martial arts community, while raising $4000 for the Better Bloke Project. Together, we’ll make therapy and open discussions around mental health as accessible as stepping onto the mats.
The event is more than a day of martial arts—it’s a commitment to every man who has struggled in silence and a testament to the resilience within us all. Each session will remind us that behind every warrior is a network of support, and together, we can lift each other up.
